Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) platform. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the EAP platform.


1. Purpose of the EAP Platform

The EAP platform is designed to connect employees with third-party wellness and mental health resources. It is not intended to provide clinical, therapeutic, legal, or medical advice, nor is it a substitute for professional treatment.

All content and referrals are provided for informational purposes only.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized by your employer or organization to access the EAP platform. By using this service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.


3. Your Responsibilities

By using this platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Not impersonate another individual or provide false information
  • Use the platform only for its intended purpose
  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform or third-party services
  • Not upload or transmit harmful or malicious content

4. Account Access and Security

If you receive access credentials (e.g., email login or token), you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.


5. Referrals to Third-Party Providers

Our platform may refer or redirect you to third-party websites or service providers. These third parties operate independently and are not under our control. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee or endorse the quality, availability, or effectiveness of third-party services
  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party provider
  • Any engagement with those providers is solely at your discretion and risk

We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before sharing any personal or sensitive information.


6. Anonymized Data Collection

We may collect anonymized and aggregated data on topic interest and engagement for internal reporting and service improvement. This data is not tied to your name or personal identity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgewellEAP and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the EAP platform, including but not limited to:

  • Issues with third-party referrals
  • Misuse of the platform by users
  • Reliance on content or information provided

All services are provided β€œas-is” without warranties of any kind.


8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the EAP platform at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the service inappropriately.


9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Broward County, Florida.
