Vicky Townsend and Anne Conlon co-founded Bridgewell, a groundbreaking Employee Assistance Program (EAP) specifically designed to support first responders and medical personnel facing the unique emotional strain of their high-stakes professions. Recognizing how chronic stress, trauma, and unpredictable schedules can deeply affect marriages and intimate partnerships, they created a program that offers targeted mental health therapy, relationship and divorce support, and parenting resources. Drawing from Vicky’s extensive experience in transforming the divorce landscape for first responders and Anne’s expertise in neuro health and tech-enabled care, Bridgewell provides timely, compassionate, and accessible support—empowering families to heal and stay connected through life’s most difficult moments

Vicky Townsend

Vicky Townsend is a pioneering advocate for transforming the divorce and family support landscape, particularly for first responders and military personnel. As the founder of the National Association of Divorce Professionals, Divorce Right,, she has spent over two decades working to make divorce a kinder, more affordable process. Most recently, she launched Bridgewell, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed specifically  to support first responders and medical personnel with mental health therapy, marriage support, divorce support, and parenting resources—helping families heal through life’s toughest challenges. With unwavering commitment, Vicky continues to lead the charge in reshaping how families navigate divorce and emotional well-being.

Anne Conlon

Anne Conlon is a passionate mental health advocate, neuro specialist and entrepreneur. She is driven by a deep commitment to supporting families through life’s most challenging transitions. At Bridgewell, Anne focuses on bridging the gap between traditional mental health care and technology-driven, on-demand support for the First Responder community and their families.
